The Site Supervisor shall be responsible for overseeing and coordinating site operations related to communications infrastructure, power line construction, and general building construction works, including major upgrading projects
- Ensure all works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
- Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards.
- Prepare daily reports on site activities, progress, and issues.
- Prepare daily site reports, including progress updates, manpower records, and incident reporting.
- Resolve on-site problems and provide technical guidance to workers when necessary.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and delays.
