Bakery Chef

Job Description

• Ensure quality & consistency in preparation of baked items
• Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items
• Ordering of supplies & ingredients & monitoring of inventory levels
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the outlet, following food safety standards
• Train, mentor & supervise kitchen staff
• Work closely with service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in bakery culinary
• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field
• Attention to detail and passion for quality and presentation
• Leadership, communication & organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
