Job Description

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of bakery products
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food items in compliance with food safety standards (SFA requirements)
  • Manage stock accuracy, conduct regular stock counts, and prepare inventory reports
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and discipline
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse at all times
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Food-related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or cold-chain warehouse environment
  • Familiar with inventory systems (e.g., SAP / ERP systems)
  • Knowledge of SFA food safety standards is required
  • Able to work in cold room environment and handle physical tasks
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
