NIGHT SHIFT ACCOONT

Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with SFRS
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for engineering projects
• Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, and statutory requirements (GST, ECI, Corporate Tax)
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary on all statutory matters
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and project-based accounting performance
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
• Oversee payroll processing and CPF submissions (if required)
• Support management in financial analysis and strategic planning

Requirements:

• Degree in Account and finance / CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP / Oracle / advanced ERP systems
• Experience handling full set of accounts independently in SMEs
• Familiar with project costing and revenue recognition (percentage of completion method)
• Prior experience liaising with auditors and handling year-end audit independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level, including pivot tables and financial modeling)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
