Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible Supervisor to lead daily operations, coordinate manpower and schedules, monitor staff performance, ensure safety compliance, and report progress to management for smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities to maintain efficient operations
• Arrange manpower and develop work schedules to meet operational demands
• Monitor staff performance and work quality to ensure standards are met
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe environment
• Report daily work progress and operational issues to management for informed decision-making
• Resolve basic operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar operational environment
• Effective communication skills to liaise with workers and management
• Ability to work independently with a responsible and diligent approach
• Flexibility to work overtime or shifts as operational needs require
