Responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to employees to align team efforts
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules to optimize productivity
• Oversee and coach employees to enhance their performance and skill development
• Ensure regular maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent downtime and maintain operational efficiency
• Check production output against specifications to guarantee product quality and consistency
• Submit detailed reports on team performance and progress to support management decisions
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest actionable improvements to increase productivity
• Train new employees on safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
