Job Description

  • Oversee the operations.
  • Manage the performance and morale of the employees.
  • Plan and execute monthly rotating menus and special food promotion with the Chef.
  • Ensure quality and wholesome food is served.
  • Ensure all areas of services provided are maintained at the require standard.
  • Maintain and improve hygiene and safety standards for the outlet.
  • Submit weekly and monthly status report to immediate superior.
  • Administer and maintain staff record inform HR of staff movement.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
