Lead operational excellence by analyzing business requirements and customer needs to drive process improvements, cost reductions, and team performance in a dynamic warewashing environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and customer needs to identify opportunities for operational improvements
Research and recommend methods to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across departments
Monitor departmental performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to inform management decisions
Supervise, train, and support employees to foster a high-performing and compliant team environment
Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes, accurately updating and maintaining inventory records with comprehensive reporting
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
Provide administrative support to maintain operational continuity and data accuracy
