We are looking for an experienced Supervisor / General Foreman (M&E) with strong background in piping and ducting works to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site operations for piping and ducting works
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
- Monitor work progress and report site updates to management
- Plan manpower deployment and ensure productivity on site
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
- Ensure compliance with MOM safety regulations and site safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in piping and ducting works in construction projects
- Experience in supervising workers on site (preferably in M&E or HVAC projects)
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong knowledge in ducting installation, piping systems, and site coordination
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Preference will be given to candidates with Singapore working experience
