Job Description
Job Summary
Lead the manufacturing team to achieve production targets on schedule while upholding workmanship quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the manufacturing team to execute production plans according to schedule while maintaining workmanship standards
- Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on production requirements to optimize workflow
- Monitor production progress continuously and proactively resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
- Report shift production status and key updates clearly to the Senior Manager for informed decision-making
- Manage team discipline, shift planning, and daily production activities to ensure smooth operations
- Support recruitment processes, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate employee skills development to build a capable team
