Warehouse Supervisor

1. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure goods are properly received, checked, stored, picked, packed and dispatched.
• Maintain proper arrangement and organization of goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure stock is stored safely and according to company requirements.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety and security.
• Ensure proper handling of goods to minimize damage or loss.

2. Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages or damaged goods.
• Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and documented.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments regarding stock availability.

3. Local DeliveryArrangement

• Plan and arrange daily local deliveries according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with drivers and delivery personnel regarding delivery instructions, locations and special requirements.
• Prepare and provide delivery orders, invoices and other necessary documents to drivers.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery timing when required.
• Ensure proof of delivery and signed documents are properly collected and returned.
