We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily work operations
- Monitor workers performance and attendance
- Ensure workplace safety and proper housekeeping
- Coordinate with management and workers on daily tasks
- Ensure work is completed according to schedule and company requirements
- Prepare basic reports and resolve operational issues when required
Requirements:
- Able to lead and manage workers effectively
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory
