Job Summary
Manage housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards, oversee inventory and safety compliance, and ensure excellent client service within a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory to maintain adequate stock levels for uninterrupted operations
- Address client and customer concerns or requests promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and enforce safety guidelines for workers to maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with facilities maintenance and other departments to support housekeeping functions
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping standards across all facilities to ensure quality service
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in housekeeping or related fields
- Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning duties within small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Flexibility to work during public holidays and weekends
- Competence in operating cleaning machinery
