Jobs Responsibilities
. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email on account opening, transactions, and general account servicing matters
. Provide prompt and accurate support to clients and advisors, with focus on quality service and first contact resolution
. Follow up with customers and advisors on account opening applications, fund transfers, and third party payment requests
. Conduct call verifications for client detail updates, form amendments, password resets, and account maintenance requests
. Attend to walk in customers at the customer service centre and support their service requests efficiently
. Work closely with internal departments and team members to ensure smooth case resolution and support daily administrative tasks
