Hong Ji Services Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company specialising in manpower outsourcing and F&B operations. We manage teams working across restaurants, cafeterias, and service sites. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Supervisor to oversee our daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow across all projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily manpower deployment and work schedules
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality
- Handle simple administrative duties and reporting
- Assist in training and motivating staff to meet operational standards
- Support management in planning manpower resources and resolving on-site issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience (F&B or service industry preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel between job sites when required
Working Hours & Benefits:
- 6-day work week
