Job Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of site progress with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all work aligns with project specifications and schedules
- Plan and supervise project activities, including managing materials and labor to optimize resource utilization and maintain workflow efficiency
- Enforce compliance with safety codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Interpret construction drawings accurately to guide on-site execution of reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and related finishing works
- Supervise, inspect, and manage construction activities on-site to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary/O Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in construction or related fields
