We are a reputable cleaning and facilities management company in Singapore, providing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services to commercial, residential, and industrial clients. Due to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage a team of cleaners to ensure high cleaning standards are maintained.
2. Assign daily cleaning duties and monitor work schedules.
3. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene requirements
4. Provide training, guidance, and support to cleaning staff.
5. Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
6. Prepare simple reports and update the management on daily operations.

Requirements

Relevant certifications in cleaning or facilities management preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry, with supervisory experience.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
