Cleaning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Coordination: Oversee cleaning staff, assign tasks, and ensure efficient work completion.
• Scheduling and Time Management: Create and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation.
• Training and Development: Provide training to new hires, mentor existing staff, and update knowledge on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor and order cleaning supplies, manage equipment, and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Quality Control and Inspection: Inspect cleaned areas for quality and address any issues promptly.
• Client and Staff Communication: Address client complaints, manage staff issues, and provide clear communication to all parties.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on cleaning activities, maintenance needs, and staff performance.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the cleaning budget and monitor expenses.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, making decisions as needed.

Requirements:

• Specialized Cleaning: May perform specialized cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning or floor maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities, to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• 2 years relavent managment experience
