Supervisor I (IQA)

Job Responsibilities

Ensure that all inspectors are guide and lead to perform inspection according to incoming procedure.
Ensure that incoming inspection on material with quality output are being perform within receiving aging.
Generate monthly MRB & LAR reports for Incoming Quality performance.
Conducting On-The-Job Training for IQA Inspectors.
Ensure ISO audit internally and externally are compliance to requirements
Maintaining discipline and morale of the workforce as well as provide coaching and counseling if required.
Maintain high standard of 5S housekeeping within IQA section.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role as a QA supervisor in related field is preferred.
Knowledge of ISO9000 system and supervisory skills is preferred.
Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
