Job Description:

  • Represent Hueng Luei Co Pte. Ltd. in the utmost professional manner while constantly embracing honesty, integrity, and truth.
  • Comply with Hueng Luei Co Pte. Ltd. anti-graft and non-bribery requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, structural systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedule.
  • Attend daily job site safety meetings and perform weekly project safety audits.
  • Work with the project safety team to ensure all work is being carried out to the highest levels of safety.
  • Coordinate with on-site Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) and Resident Engineers (REs) for all required inspections and work verification.
  • Develop look-ahead schedules and assist the MEP Construction Manager in long-range planning.
  • Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and CSA subcontractors during construction.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems and how mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems are sequenced in a high-rise construction project.
  • Ensure all information is current and communicated with the MEP/project team.
  • Interface with Hueng Luei Co Pte. Ltd., Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) manager for all client-provided equipment.
  • Liaise with the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering consultants, supervisory engineers, inspectors, and relevant staff.
  • Assist in the testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing equipment, etc.
  • Time management of all work as per the Project Schedule.
  • Ensure Workers comply with Safety and Quality procedures and adhere to the Company's ISO policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines for the safe and timely installation of exhaust ducts at the work site.
  • Attend external and internal meetings as required.
  • Identify problems at project sites and provide technical support and recommendations to resolve the problems.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop site workers, including providing direction in accordance with the project's objectives and targets and providing workers performance feedback.
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members, and be supportive and work effectively together.
  • Any other job as assigned by the Site person in charge.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing construction background. (Process Exhaust System Ductworks installation is a plus).
  • 3+ years of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing site supervisor.
  • Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing and engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics associated with the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades.
  • Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer-based tools is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication, and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Must be able to do on-site measurement and pre-fabrication skills.

  • BCSS certificate Job Requirements: . Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD . Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with people of all levels.
  • 5.5 days per week.

Others:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday- 8:30 am to 12:00pm
  • Salary range: $2000 - $4000 (Price Negotiation)
