Job Vacancy: Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator (Construction)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all projects to ensure completion on time, within scope, and budget.
- Lead and manage workers independently and effectively, bringing out the best in each individual.
- Enforce construction safety requirements and ensure the site team adheres to all regulatory and high safety standards.
- Ensure all construction and installation activities meet quality standards and comply with architectural requirements.
- Allocate and control tasks for both structural and architectural works.
- Generate rebar bending schedules.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works and materials for smooth project handover.
- Attend to consultants needs and provide practical advice or alternative plans when required.
- Identify and resolve potential issues, evaluating projects accordingly.
- Provide regular operational progress reports to Project Engineers.
- Communicate effectively with internal management, team members, and consultants.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or project management (recognized by BCA).
- Minimum 3 years experience in Landed Housing Projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to perform ad hoc duties when required.
