SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our soybean product manufacturing facility (excluding soybean sauce and soybean milk). This role involves overseeing production processes for a variety of soy-based products such as tofu, soy protein, and other specialty items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of food safety and quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure efficient operations, lead a team effectively, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Description:

- Manage daily food production activities to ensure efficient, timely, and quality output.

- Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, ensuring all products meet safety and quality specifications.

- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve productivity targets and ensure safe working conditions.

- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource use and minimizing downtime.

- Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained and production runs smoothly.

- Identify and resolve any production or machinery issues to minimize delays and maintain product consistency.

- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.

- Need to work on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.

- frequent soaking in the water during production.

- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:

- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.

- Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.

- Strong leadership skills and management competencies.

- Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.

- Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.

- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.

- Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
