Operations Supervisor

W5 Recovery Club is a premium 4,500 sq ft wellness and recovery facility located in East Coast / Joo Chiat, Singapore. Our facility features Cryotherapy, Cold Plunge Pools, Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna and Steam Room. We provide high-quality recovery experiences for fitness enthusiasts and international customers.

Responsibilities

. Assist the Club Manager in daily operations

. Manage staff scheduling including part-time staff

. Lead team in customer service and operations

. Introduce services and membership plans

. Ensure hygiene and service standards

. Handle cashier duties and basic reporting

. Support social media and WhatsApp communication

. Operate the outlet independently when Manager is off

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree

. Experience in fitness / wellness / spa preferred

. Team leadership experience

. Strong customer service skills

. Fluent in English (international customers)

. Sales awareness

. Willing to work weekends and shifts
