Requirements and Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required a degree in business, logistics, or management is preferred.
Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Skills: Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer software.
Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items when needed.
