Job Summary

Lead and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient logistics management. Apply leadership and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows, maintain safety standards, and support team performance in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse teams to execute daily logistics and inventory tasks efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment and stock accuracy
Organize and coordinate warehouse activities to optimize space utilization and workflow processes
Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues, minimizing delays and errors
Communicate clearly with team members and management to align on goals, safety protocols, and performance expectations
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer software to track inventory and generate reports
Maintain physical readiness to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items safely as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Hold a high school diploma or GED
Possess previous supervisory or management experience in warehouse or logistics settings
Have a degree in business, logistics, or management (preferred but not required)
