Supervisor / Driver

Responsible for overseeing a team's daily operations, performance, and productivity to meet company goals

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, motivate, and coach team members to achieve their best performance.
• Task Management:Assign and delegate tasks, monitor their progress, and ensure work is completed on time and to standard.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team and individual performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and output.

Preferred with Class 4 driving licence and forklift licence
