About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager
This role is suitable for a strong sales manager who can manage existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities across industries
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and manage a structured sales across new and existing customers
Attend to new sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and drive development of new products and markets
Actively identify and acquire new clients, reactivate dormant or inactive accounts and grow customer portfolio
Manage key suppliers, including product sourcing, pricing, and technical support coordination
Conduct client meetings and site visits where required
Attend and represent the company at business networking events, seminars, and exhibitions
Manage daily sales outreach via calls, messaging platforms and email
Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress and conversion metrics
Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required.. able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking colleagues & customers
Good Customer Service skills
Must be able to work night shift and splite shift
Must be able to work extra hours if needed
Ensure safe handling of goods.Observe Safe Work Procedures while delivering goods to Customers
