Job Description

  • Supervise daily site work and ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure work follows project plans, drawings, quality standards, and safety rules.
  • Assign and monitor workers and subcontractors.
  • Inspect the site regularly and solve any issues quickly.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
  • Track progress and prepare simple reports.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment properly.
  • Maintain proper site records and documentation.
  • Promote safety, discipline, and good housekeeping on site.
