Job Summary
A Construction Company is seeking a self-motivated and independent Construction Supervisor to lead civil activities on projects, ensuring schedule adherence, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities to achieve project schedule, quality, and safety targets
- Manage and coordinate civil and recovered materials work to meet project safety, environmental, quality, and program objectives
- Monitor and control materials on site to ensure timely availability aligned with the construction program
- Enforce compliance with LAL health and safety standards to deliver high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or any Construction-related course
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a construction supervisor
