We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain service and food quality standards, and lead the team to deliver excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service flow, food coordination, and overall outlet performance
- Manage and supervise both front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline, and provide guidance when necessary
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for stock planning and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with SFA and NEA regulations
- Train and onboard new staff and ensure adherence to company SOPs
- Manage daily sales reports, basic cash handling, and operational records
- Report operational issues and business performance to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations
- Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
