Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and support barista staff during shifts

Ensure consistent quality of all beverages and food items

Train new employees on coffee preparation and customer service

Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf

Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage

Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

Assist in developing and implementing new menu items

Motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals
