We are a fine-dining thai Fusion restaurant located atcentre area. We are looking for a Full-time service crew who can serve our international clients and Assist in managing and supervising the restaurant.
Operational Management: Directing daily operations, opening/closing, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Staff Leadership: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and motivating employees to maintain high service standards.
Customer Experience: Addressing customer complaints promptly, soliciting feedback, and building patron loyalty.
Financial Performance: Monitoring sales, managing budgets, controlling food/labor costs, and analyzing reports to maximize profitability.
Marketing & Promotion: Executing marketing events, managing social media, and developing menus to drive revenue.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Leadership: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, reservation systems, and restaurant management software.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Can speak thai lauguage better
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and health compliance.
