Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Training: Motivate, train, and mentor sales staff to improve productivity and meet sales targets.
• Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs, providing reports to management.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with safety/security policies.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in retail or sales, often requiring at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and, for some, MS Office.
• Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, manage weekends/holidays, and result-oriented.
