Job Description

  • Achieve your own personal sales target
  • Assist Branch Manager to drive outlet sales and meet sales targets
  • Optimise resources to ensure your team members hit their personal and outlet sales targets
  • Manage outlet inventory to ensure accuracy of stock level and proper records of transactions
  • Manage merchandise and other marketing displays
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including planning roster, coaching staff, monitoring performances and moderating staff grievances
