Job Summary
You will lead and support workers by managing workloads, promoting wellbeing, and fostering staff development to achieve improved outcomes for service users and their carers.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions on workload management to balance tasks effectively and support worker wellbeing
- Promote staff development by identifying growth opportunities and encouraging continuous learning
- Provide clear, actionable instructions to workers to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Inspire and motivate workers to enhance their performance and commitment to quality outcomes
