SUPERVISOR

Scope of Work

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of complex work activities
• Supervise and coordinate workers, including allocation of tasks and monitoring performance
• Resolve operational and technical issues independently on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company requirements
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination
• Monitor progress and maintain necessary reports and documentation
• Required to be available beyond standard working hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs

Requirements

• Relevant supervisory experience in a related industry, with the ability to manage complex operations and workforce
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under demanding conditions
• Able to work extended hours, including after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Good leadership and communication skills
• A degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
