Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations - Ensure smooth functioning of restaurant activities, including food service, staff coordination, and customer experience.
Manage Staff - Supervise and train servers, kitchen staff, and other team members assign duties and monitor performance.
Customer Service - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high service standards.
Inventory & Supplies - Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to prevent shortages.
Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are strictly followed.
Scheduling & Payroll - Prepare staff schedules and assist in payroll or attendance tracking.
Report Management - Maintain records of daily sales, staff performance, and operational issues report to management.
Quality Control - Ensure food presentation, taste, and service meet the restaurant's standards.
