Job Description

Oversee daily baking and pastry production (90% hands-on role). Supervise, schedule, and support a team of 8 staff. Handle ordering and purchasing of ingredients and materials. Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory. Prepare and decorate pastries such as tiramisu, panna cotta, macaroons, celebration cakes, and buttercream-based desserts. Assist in menu development through R&D and new pastry creations. Ensure high standards of presentation and plating.

Strictly adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.

Carry out daily tasks and special projects under the direction of the chef.

Requirements:. 5 years of pastry experience required. Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in pastry making and decoration. Experience with French pastries is a bonus. Able to lead a team and work well with others. Creative, energetic, and willing to learn
