The Supermarket & Online Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies across both online and offline channels, including e-commerce platforms and supermarket chains. This role focuses on ensuring a unified customer experience while driving growth through product listings, marketplace optimisation, and supermarket account penetration. The role requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand representation, product availability, and campaign alignment across all sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supermarket & Retail Penetration
- Identify, approach, and secure new listings in local and regional supermarket chains.
- Manage relationships with supermarket buyers and category managers to grow shelf presence and secure prime placements.
- Prepare sell-in decks, pricing proposals, and listing forms required for new product submissions.
- Oversee in-store merchandising, planogram compliance, and promotional activations in offline retail.
2. E-Commerce Channel Management
- Manage and maintain product listings across online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and company websites.
- Coordinate product uploads, pricing strategies, SEO optimisation, and campaign scheduling.
- Monitor online sales performance and drive improvements in conversion, traffic, and customer engagement.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfilment.
