Role : Success Factors Recruitment and Onboarding Consultant
Experience: 3-5 yrs
Location : Singapore(Onsite)
Required Skills:
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically within the #RCM and #ONB modules.
* Proficiency in modifying XML templates for Job Requisitions, Candidate Profiles, and Application Folders.
* Strong expertise in building complex SuccessFactors Business Rules to automate processes.
* Certifications: (Preferred) SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding.
* Experience using Report Center, Canvas Reports, and People Analytics to provide data-driven insights to the leadership team.
