SAP Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of SAP solutions and services to both new and existing clients
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional targets
• Build strong relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with SAP, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft solutions
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
• Stay updated on SAP innovations and enterprise technology trends
• Represent the company at SAP events, forums, and networking engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, with 1 years in SAP solutions
• Strong knowledge of SAP offerings (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multicultural environments in APAC
• Willingness to travel when required
