Job Description

Job Summary:

The Student Care Operations Executive plays a key coordination role across centres. This position bridges centre operations, manpower scheduling, programme logistics, and system administration to ensure smooth and efficient daily functioning.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Centre In-Charge to maintain operational excellence while supporting expansion and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Centre Operations Support

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations across multiple centres.

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational standards.

  • Conduct routine operational checks on cleanliness, documentation, safety, and stock levels.

  • Support implementation of new workflows and operational improvements.

  • Follow up on action items from IC meetings.

  • Provide ground support when required, including stepping in to assist with classes.

Manpower & Scheduling Coordination

  • Assist with staff roster planning and manpower coverage.

  • Track part-time teacher availability and deployment.

  • Monitor attendance and manpower data for accuracy.

  • Support onboarding documentation and administrative processes.

Programme & Curriculum Logistics Support

  • Coordinate logistics for holiday programmes and enrichment activities.

  • Prepare materials lists and maintain stock tracking.

  • Liaise with centres to ensure smooth programme rollout.

  • Support training preparation and operational readiness.

Parent & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Assist in drafting operational communications.

  • Support follow-ups on operational matters.

  • Coordinate with HQ and external vendors where required.

Logistics & Procurement

  • Track centre inventory and stock levels.

  • Coordinate purchase orders and procurement documentation.

  • Liaise with suppliers for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Education, or related field.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, education, or service industry preferred.

  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

  • Comfortable handling multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace or administration.

  • Able and willing to travel between centres as required to support operations.
