Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Manage appointment scheduling and customer flow
2. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise hairstylists, assistants, and front desk staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and development
- Foster a positive and professional working environment
3. Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
4. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Promote salon services, packages, and retail products
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
5. Financial Management
- Manage salon budget, expenses, and profitability
- Handle cash flow, daily sales reports, and banking
- Control inventory and order salon supplies
6. Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (social media, promotions, events)
- Maintain salon brand image and reputation
- Collaborate with marketing teams or vendors
7. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers
