Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

. To administer student admission and enrolment processes and to ensure it is in full compliance to the requirements of the governing bodies of Singapore and School

. To process Student Pass applications for international applicants

. To manage student enrolment database and progression & attrition records

. To assist in data analysis and internal quality audits

. To collaborate with other departments to provide services to current students to enrich their learning experience in Singapore

. To provide general administrative management and support

Requirements

. Diploma with minimum 2 years working experience.

. Prior experience in a private educational institution would be advantageous

. Effectively bilingual in order to liaise with multilingual speaking parents and students.

. Team player, meticulous and organized

. Computer literate
