Job Description

We are a friendly, community-based GP clinics providing comprehensive primary care for families,adults, and seniors. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Clinical Assistants to join our team at our Telok Blangah Heights or Clementi West neighbourhood GP clinics. This full-time and/or part-time role is an excellentopportunity for individuals looking to contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Patient registration, appointment management, and enquiries

. Assisting doctor with simple clinical procedures

. Medication dispensing

. Maintaining clinic hygiene and infectioncontrol standards

. Inventory management

. Administrative tasks (billing, CHAS/MediSave, insurance claims)

. Other duties as required

Requirements

1. Preferably staying in the vicinity of Telok Blangah/Bukit Merah or Clementi areas.

2. Preferably with a minimum of 1year of experience in a similar clinical assistant or healthcare support role.

3. Mature, reliable and desire to learn.

4. Excellent attention to detail.

5. A positive, patient-focused attitude and able to communicate clearly.

6. Basic computer literacy.

7. Singaporeans/PRs only
