Responsibilities
- Register patients accurately to ensure proper documentation and smooth clinic flow
- Dispense medicine following prescribed instructions to maintain patient safety
- Collect payments efficiently to support clinic financial processes
- Schedule patient appointments to optimize clinic time management
- Submit insurance or medical claims online to facilitate timely reimbursements
- Monitor clinic supply and inventory levels to maintain adequate stock
- Replenish medicine stock to ensure availability for patient needs
- Chaperone doctors during patient examinations to assist and ensure comfort
- Assist doctors in medical procedures to support clinical care delivery
- Educate patients on medication usage and health practices to promote well-being
- Perform administrative duties such as filing documents and packing medicine to maintain clinic organization
