Structural Steel Fabricator Supervisor

Plan and execute workforce into production schedule. Coordinate withlogistic department, information to the logistics system to ensure existinginformation for further processing.

1. Help to carry out several tasks betweenproduction and workforce availability.

2. Plan and execute production, ensureproductivity of the teamwork.

3. Ensure output is as per schedule and meet duedate(s) for project(s).

4. Report / update Directors the daily progressof work.

5. Ensure the proper order of raw materials tocarry out process of work.

6. Be conscious of wastages - planned and advicefor correct quantity to purchase and use.

7. Plan the delivery accordingly.

8. Perform filing and documentation issues, and provide with vital assistance in keep records.

9. Follow SOP and report on performances, budget sand other reports required from time to time.

10. Perform other related work as required by the workshop coordinator(s) and/or Superior(s).
