To drive brand awareness for our brand through digital storytelling, community engagement, and creator partnerships and related marketing activities You will work as part of the team to ensure that the demand created online translates into foot traffic for our retail stores and partners.
1. Content Creation & Social Media (The In-House Studio)
Video Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality organic videos that are engaging
Brand Voice: Manage the brand's social media presence, responding to comments and building a helpful expert persona for the community.
In-Store Assets: Ensure our partners have the materials needed that can help raise awareness of the brands
2. Creator & Influencer Outreach (The Community Builder)
Relationship Management: Identify and reach out to local pet owners and creators who currently feed dry food and are looking for a premium upgrade.
Seedings & Partnerships: Manage product seeding campaigns and track the return on influence from creator posts.
User-Generated Content (UGC): Encourage customers to share their success stories and feature them on official channels.
3. Sales Support & Merchandising
Marketing Collateral: Ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest digital decks and physical marketing materials for their pitches.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of small consumer events, roadshows, or Pet Shop Takeovers.
And any other relevant activities to grow the brands
