In charge of overall project management, planning, and control, as well as project budget analysis and profitability.
Manage all site work, including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, delivery management, and project progress management, to ensure that the project is completed to a high standard and that safety standards are followed.
Drafting contracts, analysing bids, making recommendations, and awarding construction and procurement contracts as part of the preparation of tender documents.
Maintain the client's satisfaction with the project's performance and keep them informed of any potential new business prospects.
Requirements:
Recognized Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Building/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent
5 years of demonstrated work experience in Singapore
Singapore experience in A&A for Industrial/ and Commercial Projects is MUST
