Job Description

What is your mission

• Join a new exciting business analytics professional services organization within TDCX

• Opportunity for significant professional growth as the first person in the newly formed role

• Responsible for execution of a portfolio of research and analysis projects in support of CX market insights and company marketing initiatives

• Help to shape solutions and innovation strategy definition to help accelerate company growth

• Perform market-based research by collecting and dissecting information (e.g. analyst reports, financials, industry white papers) in support of existing business services and new white spaces for TDCX

• Leverage insights to develop recommendations and seeks to provide thought leadership for potential growth opportunities for TDCX

• Conduct deep research for emerging solutions including market competition, key customers, investors, and share research on value of solutions as input to overall company strategy

• Build infrastructure to organize data and manage knowledge base around innovation, advanced analytics, and emerging solutions

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or any related field

• 3+ years in market research or related field is required for this position.

• Experience in customer experience, sales or relevant domains

• Experience in technology space and good understanding of latest market trends

• Experience in VC, start-up, private equity and agencies are a plus

• Strong knowledge of advanced research techniques

• Excellent communicating, storytelling and influencing skills

• Ability to work as a team player. You should be able to work under pressure and tight timeline, result orientated, strong problem solving and good analytical skills.

• Adaptable to various stakeholders, business models, projects and matrix based organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market

• Prior experience in customer experience, BPO, consulting or related fields a plus
